The Emergency First Response Course can apply to every area of your life and not just in diving. This course is a pre-requisite to theRescue Course (or equivalent) but its simple approach makes it the perfect course for both divers and non-divers. You will learn the basics of CPR and First Aid with the same priorities and techniques used by paramedics and doctors. Taking this course can make a real difference to your ability to deal with medical emergencies and ultimately save lives.
